Joyce

Within the realm of development cooperation, I create management tools and carry out capacity building programmes with institutions, industrialists, and consultants in developing countries (e.g. Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Sri Lanka , Turkey) to equip them with a systematic approach to reduce production cost and improve product quality while simultaneously reducing impacts on the environment and enhancing worker health & safety.

As co-founder of a Swiss-based NGO, Joyce created a project funded by international agencies to establish "learning networks" to engage the business community in sustainable development.

While at International Institute of Management Development (IMD), Joyce launched an "action learning" partnership of 10 European companies to integrate environmental aspects into daily business practice.

Eli

Eli is a strong advocate of the practical role of theatre to develop interpersonal communications in daily life. During language studies at Southampton University, he animated drama workshops and was president of the Theatre Group. In Brussels in 1991, he directed and acted in a successful French-speaking production. He has continued his activities in amateur dramatics and music since his arrival in Switzerland in 1995, starting with an active role in the "Coopérative LE ROYAL" in Tavannes and later the Geneva English Dramatic Society (GEDS).
